How to eliminate muscle tension immediately!!

Muscle tension is so common and inevitable for many of us. Easing that tension is so important in order to reduce the chances of chronic pain.
Nowhere is this more important than when we tend to sit in one place for long periods of time. Whether you sit in an office all day or whether you exercise regularly, it's really important to ease out any muscle tension that you may develop.
In my days as a personal trainer, I would often have to stretch out clients at the end of a session. One thing many clients would complain about is the tension they would develop due to sitting at a desk all day, especially in the neck and shoulders.
I went to visit a friend and massage therapist Pam bennett this weekend and we decided we would make a video to show how easy it can be to release tension. This short video shows you a fabulous self massage trick.
