Get trimmer in Less time!!

Sunday, 17 May 2009

I’m one of those people that are always trying to save time. When my good friend and personal trainer Rob told me of a great way to get my workout done in less time than it takes to make an apple, carrot and ginger juice, I was sold!

I first met Rob at a raw food workshop a couple of years ago. What I really loved about Rob was his passion for kettle bells. Whilst I spent this Sunday afternoon being trained by Rob, he explained a little more about the Kettle bells:

“They look like old fashioned cannon balls with handles. They are usually made of cast iron but can be made of rubber. The sizes range from 4 through to 12KG for women to 16, through to 32KG for men. These fabulous things can be used by everyone from complete beginners to people in the gym industry and elite athletes. In comparison to other gym equipment, you’ll pay a fraction of the price for these pieces of magic and they are far more effective”

Rob was trained and continues to see kettle bell specialist and instructor Steve Cotter from America (for more info click here )

After just 15 minutes with Rob, I was absolutely done in. The whole of my body ached from an intensive and effective workout. I was also really out of breath, so it meant I had also had a great cardio workout as well. See below for a very short video demonstration.

Imagine spending just 15 to 30 minutes on a really effective workout routine which, when you know how, you can do at home. No more expensive gym memberships or expensive gimmicks. Genius!!!

If you would like to find out more, or if you just fancy getting a really effective workout, why not give Rob a call on 07960 587 026 at the health and fitness partnerships in St Johns Wood. Tell him I gave you his details and let him know I said ‘hi’.

Have a great week!
